Roots & Release

This full-day gathering weaves together the ancient wisdom of African-centred psychology with the natural rhythms of the Autumn season — a time of letting go, turning inward, harvesting what has grown, and preparing the soil of the self for what is yet to come.

Through shared nourishment, guided meditation, creative expression, and mindful movement, participants are invited into a communal experience of reflection, release, and reconnection.

No prior experience of movement, meditation, or therapy is required. Only a willingness to arrive, be present, and be held by the circle.
