Community of Self
The Community of Self Supervision, Community Programme, and board game are inspired by Dr. Na'im Akbar's insightful book, Community of Self. With his permission, these initiatives have been created to raise awareness of the internal elements that contribute to balanced and fulfilling lives. However, when one of these elements becomes dominant, it can disrupt harmony, leading to discord within ourselves, our families, and our communities. By understanding and addressing these imbalances, we can foster unity and well-being on a global scale.

Breast Cancer Calendar Project
This groundbreaking project is the first of its kind in the UK, shining a light on the strength and stories of women from African and African Caribbean heritage who have faced breast cancer. Set to launch in Autumn 2026, this annual calendar aims to amplify the voices of those who have been disproportionately underrepresented and marginalized. We believe their stories and lives matter, and hope to inspire similar initiatives across Caribbean Islands, Africa, and beyond. Join us in celebrating resilience and courage!
