These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.angels-without-wings.co.uk (the “Website”) and your engagement with the consultancy, training, drama psychotherapy, and event services (together, the “Services”) provided by Angels Without Wings Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website, booking an event, or engaging us for consultancy, training, or dramatherapy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or our Services.

Please also see our separate Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data, and which forms part of your agreement with us.

Who We Are

Eligibility

Our Services, including all events, workshops, and healing circles, are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By booking or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Where a service is specifically designed to involve children or young people, this will be clearly stated, and appropriate parental or guardian consent and safeguarding arrangements will apply.

● Bespoke dramatherapy, for individuals and groups

● Consultancy and training packages for organisations and communities

● Conferences, workshops, healing circles, and other events

Descriptions of our Services on the Website are provided in good faith and for general information. We reserve the right to update, amend, or discontinue any Service at our discretion.

Website Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Website by, anyone else.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks (such as the Community of Self framework materials), and other original materials — is owned by or licensed to Angels Without Wings Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

While we take reasonable care to keep the Website accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Event and Workshop Bookings

Booking and payment

Bookings for paid events and workshops are made through the Website, with payment processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a paid booking and receive a full refund within 24 hours of making that booking. After this 24-hour period, bookings are non-refundable.

If we need to cancel, postpone, or significantly change an event, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer you a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date, at your choice.

Free events

Where an event is offered free of charge, we ask that you cancel your place as soon as possible if you are no longer able to attend, so that it may be offered to someone else.

Therapy and Consultancy Services

Clancy Williams is a qualified dramatherapist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and delivers services in accordance with the HCPC Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics and other applicable professional guidance.

The specific arrangements for individual or organisational therapy, consultancy, or training engagements — including session frequency, fees, cancellation notice periods, and confidentiality arrangements specific to that engagement — will be set out in a separate individual service agreement, referral letter, or contract agreed directly with you or your organisation. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not override, any such individual agreement.

Confidentiality in our therapeutic and consultancy work is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and relevant professional and legal obligations, including standard safeguarding exceptions.

Not for emergency or crisis use

Our Services are not designed or intended for use in a mental health crisis or emergency. If you or someone you know is in crisis or at risk of immediate harm, please contact emergency services on 999, attend your nearest A&E department, or contact the Samaritans free, 24 hours a day, on 116 123.

Fees and Payment

Fees for events and workshops booked through the Website are as stated at the time of booking and are payable via Stripe. Fees for individual therapy, consultancy, or training engagements will be agreed separately and set out in an invoice or individual service agreement.

All fees are quoted in GBP (£) and, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to the paragraph above, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or our Services. While we take great care in the delivery of our Services, we cannot guarantee specific therapeutic, training, or consultancy outcomes, as these depend on a range of factors including your individual engagement and circumstances.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our Services, please contact us in the first instance at admin@angels-without-wings.co.uk so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.

Complaints relating specifically to Clancy Williams' conduct as a registered dramatherapist may also be raised with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) at hcpc-uk.org.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our Services where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, adverse weather, technology or platform outages, or government restrictions. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you and seek to reschedule affected sessions or events.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our Services or in the law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last revised. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website or our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
