What is the Community of Self?

Why This Journal is Different.
Most reflective journals ask: "What happened?"
This journal asks: Who was I becoming in that moment?
Drawing on African-centred Black Psychology, The Inner Counsel moves beyond problem-solving towards restoration, dignity and collective wellbeing.
